  Kristiana is our office manager and licensed to help with auto insurance, life insurance and home insurance. She helps make sure our office runs smoothly and all customers are happy.

• Hans Bodewig

  Multiple Line Representative

  Hans brings over 17 years of insurance experience to our office. He joined the Mills Insurance Agency in 2013 and is our Homeowners insurance representative. He speaks Spanish as well helping to serve our Hispanic community with all their insurance needs.

• Janice Rowton

  Office Manager

  Janice is our Office Manager. She is a Native Floridian, born and raised in the community of Cutler Ridge, now known as Cutler Bay. She brings 34 years of insurance experience to our team and is often turned to for answers to complex questions and issues. Janice is licensed in auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, life and health insurance.

  Office Representative

  Ruth is our director of first impressions and greets all customers when they call in, click in or walk in. She is licensed to answer your home and auto insurance questions as well have health insurance. She also holds a life insurance license as well.

• Thierry Eugene

  Account Manager

  Thierry comes to our office with insurance experience. He is licensed and able to help our customers in 4 languages (English, Creole, Spanish and French. Call him for Auto Insurance, life insurance, health insurance or home insurance.

• Dana Haglund

  Dana is our Commercial Insurance Manager in both the Deerfield Beach and Cutler Bay locations. She is well versed in business insurance, auto insurance, life insurance and commercial policies. Please call on her for all your personal and business lines of insurance.

• iole Hernandez

  Fire Insurance Representative

  Iole speaks English, Portuguese & Spanish. She serves as a resource to our team in the Homeowners Insurance area. Iole is licensed in life and health insurance as well as home and auto insurance. She has been with our Agency for over 8 years now.

• Rashaud Lee

  Customer Service Manager

  Rashaud is our Customer Care Manager in our Cutler Bay location. He is licensed in auto and home insurance and offers exceptional customer service. If you have a problem, he gets to the bottom of it to help make sure you are happy. He spends most of his time training our Customer Care team to provide the kind of service people have come to expect from our offices.

  Shawn works behind the scenes helping our office run efficiently. He helps manage our building maintenance, hiring and catastrophe preparedness. He is licensed for auto insurance, home insurance and health insurance.

  Account Manager

  Stacey brings many years of experience in personal lines insurance, along with commercial lines. She has been with our office over 10 years now and loves doing what she does. Stacey can help with auto, life, health and home insurance. Additionally she helps with our commercial insurance and can be accused of building great relationships with those she serves.
